AlphaFarm engineering services from site review and design through equipment supply, installation, integration, and commissioning

We review project feasibility and site conditions, then complete the basic and detailed design for AlphaFarm cultivation equipment and EcoTech systems.

We fabricate and supply cultivation racks, multi-layer nursery racks, nutrient dosing, environmental controls, nutrient and irrigation piping, cooling, dehumidification, and ventilation equipment, followed by on-site installation and systems integration.

Integrated commissioning, operator training, and initial operating support help the completed AlphaFarm begin stable production as a practical operating system.

Services are available as complete turnkey delivery or as selected equipment supply and engineering packages for existing farms and smart-farm facilities.

Which AlphaFarm model fits our site?

We review production scale, sales model, power, water, and building conditions. AlphaCore is the standard production unit; Bio AlphaFarm fits biogas and resource-integrated sites; Marine AlphaFarm is designed for vessels; and AlphaCafe connects production with retail and customer experience.

What information is needed for an initial feasibility review?

Useful inputs include a site or building plan, available floor area and clear height, power and water capacity, local climate, target production, expected sales channels, and investment range. Biogas-linked projects also require generation, operating-hour, CO₂, waste-heat, and water data.

Can you deliver both turnkey projects and selected equipment packages?

Yes. We provide complete delivery from site review, design, fabrication, and supply through installation, integration, and commissioning. Existing facilities may also select cultivation racks, fertigation, controls, piping, cooling, dehumidification, ventilation, or item-specific engineering.
