Johor–Singapore Biogas & Biopower Project — EOI Open
Bio AlphaFarm is advancing integrated biogas, captive power and circular-resource projects in Johor, Malaysia and Singapore. Expressions of interest are invited from partners who can help turn local organic resources into clean energy and productive resources.

A Circular Value Chain for Local Resources
Both projects use locally available organic resources for biogas and power generation, while creating additional value from Bio-CO₂, recovered heat and recovered water through integration with Bio AlphaFarm.
Local Resources → Biogas & Power → Bio-CO₂ · Recovered Heat · Water → Bio AlphaFarm
Johor, Malaysia — POME-Based Project
The Johor project focuses on POME generated by palm oil mills. Electricity is intended for captive use by the mill and Bio AlphaFarm, while Bio-CO₂, recovered heat and water are connected with farm operations.
AlphaFarm Sdn. Bhd. is developing the project with Korean partners, with support from Invest Johor and IMFC-J in identifying suitable palm oil mill and project opportunities.
- Approximately 300–400 t/day of POME
- Existing open anaerobic lagoon where suitable
- Approximately 1 MW-class CHP
- Captive electricity for mill operations and Bio AlphaFarm
- Productive use of Bio-CO₂, recovered heat and water
Singapore — Organic Waste-Based Project
The Singapore project focuses on food waste, food-processing waste and other suitable wet organic resources. Multiple organic-resource streams are aggregated and blended into a commercially scalable biogas and captive-power platform.
Plant capacity is optimised according to actual feedstock characteristics, methane yield and blending conditions. Power, Bio-CO₂, recovered heat and recovered water support onsite demand and Bio AlphaFarm.
- Food waste · food-processing waste · wet organics
- Poultry manure and farm residues as potential co-feedstocks
- Approximately 200 t/day of aggregated feedstock
- Capacity optimised through feedstock composition and methane-yield analysis
- Onsite captive power and Bio AlphaFarm integration
Project Partners We Are Seeking
Bio AlphaFarm welcomes organisations with suitable feedstock, project sites, captive power demand or partnership opportunities in Johor or Singapore.
- Palm Oil Mills
- Food Manufacturers
- Organic Waste Suppliers / Aggregators
- Farms · Site Owners
- Biogas / EPC Companies
- Investors / JV Partners
EOI Timing and Global Business Contact
Initial candidate review and partner discussions are expected during September 2026, and early expressions of interest are welcome.
